  • Academic Bio: Mr. Douglas, is an Instructor of Business. He teaches Business Ethics, Office Management, Intro to Business, and Economics. He graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with an MBA (Master of Business Administration) in Finance. His undergraduate degree was earned at the University of the Ozarks, where he had a double-major of Management and Business Administration. After receiving his MBA, Mr. Douglas worked for the Arkansas Department of Economic Development. After two years, he left for the Arkansas Public Service Commission, where he was a Public Utility Auditor for 10 years. From there it was to the Arkansas Department of Education, where he managed the Loans & Bonds Section. After that he entered the private sector as Vice-President of Public Finance at Morgan Keegan and Company, Inc., a large investment banking firm. He also had stints as a financial advisor before coming to Pulaski Tech. In his spare time, Mr. Douglas enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid golfer and tennis player.
