    Hello! My name is Mukesh Rajasekar, and I serve as the Assessment Coordinator at the University of Arkansas – Pulaski Technical College (UA-PTC). In my role, I support the college’s mission by helping departments use data to improve teaching, learning, and student success.

    Before joining UA-PTC, I worked at East Texas A&M University-Commerce in Campus Recreation’s Outdoor Adventure program as a Program Assistant, where I coordinated trips, managed assessment for recreation programs, and led initiatives to strengthen student engagement. Those experiences sparked my interest in how data can tell stories about learning and growth—both inside and outside the classroom.

    I earned my Master of Science in Business Analytics from East Texas A&M University-Commerce, where I focused on data visualization, program evaluation, and continuous improvement. My professional interests include institutional assessment, educational data analysis, and using technology to make data-driven decisions easier for everyone.

    I’m excited to be part of the UA-PTC community and to collaborate with faculty and staff on projects that promote evidence-based improvement and student success.
