    Mrs. Hearne, teaches Introduction to Entrepreneurship, Markets and Consumers, Professional Selling/Advertising, Feasibility and Funding, and Small Business Management.

    Mrs. Hearne is originally from Missouri and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Systems, later returning to get her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a minor in Management from Arkansas State University.

    During the next several years, she worked in the corporate finance sector while attending graduate school in the evenings and earned her Master’s degree in Business Technology from ASU. Her past small business experience includes owning a lawn care and landscaping business, an online retail shop and a small rental property business.

    Mrs. Hearne is a member the National Association of Community College Entrepreneurs, the Collegiate Entrepreneur’s Organization, and the American Marketing Association. Mrs. Hearne’s goal for each of her students is for them to have a better understanding of how to open, run and start their own business rather than work for someone else.
