  • Academic Bio: Helen Elizabeth Peters has been teaching Speech Communication for over 6 years. She obtained a BA and MA in Communication with a focus in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. As an undergraduate, Helen took many courses at UA-PTC which helped her on her way to obtaining her future degrees. Therefore, upon moving back to the central Arkansas area, she jumped at the opportunity to join UA-PTC in the Spring of 2019 as a part-time Speech Communication instructor, and then as a full-time instructor the following Fall Semester.
