Academic Bio:
Dr. John Lewis serves as Vice Chancellor of Enrollment Management and Student Life at the University of Arkansas Pulaski Technical College where he provides leadership and vision for the college’s overall strategy in recruiting, admissions, financial aid, and supporting the student body. He began working in the position June 16, 2023.

He joined UA – Pulaski Tech in 2018 as Dean of Admissions and Financial Aid. Additionally, he has served as an adjunct professor for UA-PTC since January 2022.

Dr. Lewis attended Iowa State University before moving to Arkansas. He completed his bachelor of science and master’s in public administration from Arkansas State University, where he served as director of financial aid at the University of Arkansas Community College at Batesville and the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. He earned a graduate certificate in community college teaching and leadership and a doctorate in higher and adult education at the University of Memphis.
