The UA-PTC Culinary Arts and Baking Pastry programs are accredited by the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation (ACFEF) Accrediting Commission.
The UA-PTC Hospitality Management program is accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Programs in Hospitality Administration (ACPHA).
The UA-PTC Dietary Management program is an Approved Training Program by the Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals.
