Le Culinaire Lunches and Dinners

About Le Culinaire

Le Culinaire is located inside the Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management Institute (CAHMI) at UA - Pulaski Tech Little Rock-South, welcomes students, faculty, staff, and the public during the fall and spring semesters.

Reservations are required and may be made up to three weeks in advance. Reservation availability and table sizes are limited to support student learning and provide excellent service.

Lunch

Tuesdays and Thursdays | September 15–November 19
Seating: 12–12:30 p.m. | $18 per person

Lunch is prepared by students in Food Production III, an introductory restaurant and buffet service course.

Dinner

Wednesdays | September 16–November 11
Seating: 6–6:30 p.m. | $30 per person

Dinner is prepared by students in Food Production IV, a capstone course in the Associate of Applied Science in Culinary Arts program.

Payment: Credit card or check payable to UA-PTC CAHMI. Cash is not accepted. Proceeds support student activities, scholarships, ingredients, kitchen supplies, and other program needs.

No alcohol may be consumed on the premises during lunch or dinner service.
