If you would like to apply into the Dental Assisting program at UA - Pulaski Tech, please complete the application below. Application for admission to the Dental Assisting program must be received before August 15 for enrollment in the fall semester. Applications received after that date will apply to the following fall. No applications will be carried forward from year to year. You must re-apply each year.
