  • Must be transferring from UA-PTC
  • 3.0 minimum cumulative transfer GPA
  • Must have a minimum of 30 earned credit hours in an EIT undergraduate program while enrolled at UA-PTC

UA - Pulaski Tech Foundation Scholarship Opportunities

University of Arkansas - Pulaski Technical College Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit organization that raises funds for the benefit of University of Arkansas - Pulaski Technical College. The UA-PTC Foundation offers a variety of scholarships for eligible students that are funded by generous community supporters.


Pulaski County Single Parent Scholarship Fund

The Pulaski County Single Parent Scholarship Fund (SPSF) provides financial assistance to single parents in Pulaski County who are pursuing higher education and are enrolled as full-time students.

The fund provides $2,700 per year ($900 each fall, spring, and summer semester) per recipient to help pay for tuition, fees, books, daycare, rent or mortgage, utility assistance, professional dues, testing fees, transportation needs, diapers, food, and other financial needs.

Scholarship recipients are also involved in mentoring programs and workshops that are designed to ensure student success in college and in life.


Endowment Honoring Clinton School Dean Emeritus (Mini-Grants)

Students from across the University of Arkansas System are invited to submit applications for mini-grants awarded through an endowment honoring James L. “Skip” Rutherford III upon his retirement as dean of the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service in 2021.

Grants of up to $1,000 will be awarded to students for expenses such as technology, conference registration, interview expenses, research and evaluation, travel, test preparation, books, equipment or other supplies where a student can demonstrate need through the application process. This is the second year for awards from the endowment, which are given out each spring.
