Note: If you received federal aid in Fall 2021 and/or Spring 2022, you have completed this requirement. If no, please complete the 2021-22 FAFSA at

*Have you applied for and/or been accepted by Admissions?
*Are you a visiting student?
Note: A visiting student is one who is planning on receiving a degree from a different university and is only attending UA-PTC to complete summer courses before transferring those courses back to their “home” university.

*Are you seeking a degree at UA-PTC?
*Have you attended another college in the 2021-22 academic year?

Note: If yes, you must send all official transcripts wit final grades to the Office of Admissions for evaluation before you will be awarded.

Important Notes Before Submission:

  1. Your summer courses must be aid eligible to receive financial aid. Aid-eligible means the course is required for the major/degree on file at UA-PTC.
  2. The Office of Financial Aid will award you loans if you are eligible. However, if you accept them, it is your responsibility to make sure you enroll in at least 6 aid-eligible hours. Loans for students with less than 6 hours will NOT be disbursed and the student will owe the college any tuition and fees that are not covered by other financial aid.
  3. If you received Pell as a full-time student in both Fall and Spring, you will need to enroll in 6 aid-eligible hours to be eligible for additional Pell for summer. Please contact Financial Aid if you have questions about Pell eligibility.
