Help! I'm unable to log into the Campus Portal

Campus Portal Support

1. If you are unable to access the Campus Portal, please try these recommended methods:

  • Try to access your UA-PTC e-mail at http://mail.office365.com. When logging in, enter your full e-mail, example: [email protected] and your password (same password used for the Campus Portal).
  • If you are able to log into your UA-PTC e-mail, clear your browser cache, close the browser, open the browser, and try to log into the Campus Portal again. If the e-mail fails to authenticate as well, reset your password.

IMPORTANT: Make sure when you are resetting your password that you choose a password that contains the following:

  • Password must be at least 8 characters in length.
  • Password must contain at least one number (0-9).
  • Password must contain at least one UPPER CASE letter (A-Z) and one LOWER CASE letter.
  • Cannot reuse a password for 6 changes.
  • Password cannot contain your personal information (i.e.: name, SSN, zip code, phone number, etc.)

2. If your login is not working on the Campus Portal, but it IS working on your UA-PTC e-mail, then try typing your username into the Campus Portal without the @students.uaptc.edu. Just use the name and numbers portion only. The Campus Portal usually accepts either your full e-mail or just the username portion, but in the event your full e-mail address doesn't work, typing just the username should work every time.

3. If you attempted the recommended methods above without any success, please send an e-mail to [email protected] with an explanation of the problem you are receiving.

4. If you are able to log into the Campus Portal, but are unable to log into Blackboard, try using the Blackboard link in the portal's "Quick Links" section (If on mobile, click the black circle with the arrow in the lower left hand corner and then click "Quick Links" to reveal this link.). If the Blackboard quick link does not work, please contact [email protected].
