You can reset your UA-PTC password through Microsoft by completing the follow the steps:
STEP 1: Go to uaptc.edu/myapps. At the Sign in screen, enter your UA-PTC e-mail address (example: [email protected] or [email protected]) and select Next.
STEP 2: Select Forgot my password.
STEP 3: You will be asked to verify your identity by text, e-mail or phone before you can finish resetting your password. Proceed to verify your information when prompted to complete the password reset process.
