Students may request additional funding for an unsubsidized loan. Prior to making a request, please review your current monthly payment projection via the loan repayment calculator at www.studentloans.gov.
To request an additional unsubsidized loan, please complete the following steps:
Step 1: Complete the Student Loan Request Form.
Step 2: Complete the Entrance Counseling and the Master Promissory Note at www.studentaid.gov if these documents are not already on file with the UA-PTC Office of Financial Aid.
Step 3: Student Loan Request forms will be processed after the 11th day of classes. Once you have been awarded additional unsubsidized loan funds, you will be required to accept or decline the loan amount through the UA-PTC Financial Aid Portal.

Loan amounts and eligibility may vary based on a student’s cost of attendance, estimated family contribution, and other aid awards.
Loan Disbursement and Refunds
Loans will be disbursed and refunds made according to the refund schedule at www.uaptc.edu/student-accounts/financial-aid-refund-dates.
