UA - Pulaski Tech has partnered with Rave Mobile Safety to ensure that students and employees receive emergency communications and other important information (campus closures or changes in hours of operation) via text message and e-mail.
Your UA-PTC e-mail address has already been subscribed to receive e-mails from the Rave Alert system. If you want to receive text messages or add additional e-mail addresses, see the steps below. Otherwise, you will only receive messages from the Rave Alert system through your UA-PTC e-mail account.
How to Enroll for Rave Text Alerts
1. Visit getrave.com/login/pulaskitech
2. Click the Register button at the top right of the page.
3. Fill out your personal information, make sure your UA-PTC e-mail is provided, read the terms, and click the check box stating that you agree to the terms. Afterwards, click the Proceed to Next Step button.
4. Select your mobile carrier and click the Proceed to Next Step button.
5. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to your UA-PTC e-mail account. Click the link in the e-mail and follow the instructions.
Add Additional E-mail's and Mobile Devices
1. Log into your Rave account.
2. Click the silhouette head icon at the top right of the page.
3. Click My Account.
4. Additional e-mail addresses and mobile devices can be added under the E-mail and Mobile Phone sections. Click the Add button option under the desired section and follow the instructions.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. Are RAVE text alerts free?
Yes! This service is free of charge. However, if you don't have unlimited texting on your cellular plan, your cellular phone provider may charge a per-text-message fee for the delivery of emergency notifications to your phone.
2. When I log into RAVE, I receive a notification saying, "Bad Username or Password."
Click the Forgot your password option under the login field. You will be asked for your Rave username, enter your UA-PTC e-mail as the username. After submitting a forgot password request, a reset link will be e-mailed to your UA-PTC e-mail account. If you don't receive an e-mail, check your spam/junk folder. If you're a new user, see the instructions above for enrolling in Rave text alerts.
3. I have an account but I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

4. How do I unsubscribe from receiving RAVE text alerts?
Log into your Rave account, click the silhouette head icon at the top right of the page, and click My Account. Under the Mobile Phone section, find the number you wish to delete by clicking the red X icon or reply STOP after receiving a text alert.
5. I recently changed my phone number, how do I update my number?
Log into your Rave account, click the silhouette head icon at the top right of the page, and click My Account. Under the Mobile Phone section, find the number you wish to edit by clicking the edit icon next to the number you are editing. Follow the instructions that will appear after clicking the edit icon.
