Academic items requiring HLC notification must be approved internally and externally (UA BOT and AHECB) prior to winter break two academic years before implementation. For example, a new program requiring HLC notification must be approved by UA-PTC, AHECB, and UA BOT prior to January 1, 2020 to be implemented in fall 2021.
