Terms and Conditions

University of Arkansas – Pulaski Technical College is committed to promoting diversity, nondiscrimination and equal opportunity compliance. UA-PTC does not discriminate against anyone on the basis of race, color, national origin, disability, age, or sex.

Use of controlled substances, tobacco, and firearms (unless in compliance with Arkansas Law), or any other weapons are not allowed on the UA-PTC campus. The Center for Humanities and Arts is a smoke and tobacco-free environment.

Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the Theater. In-house beverages will only be allowed in the Theater if in approved Theater Cups.

Live animals are prohibited with the exception of service animals required to reasonably accommodate a disability, as required by the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Children under twelve (12) years of age must be supervised by an adult at all times in The Center for Humanities and Arts. This includes backstage and performance areas of the facility.

Patron assumes any and all risk of theft or damage. UA-PTC is not responsible for stolen or abandoned items left in The Center for Humanities and Arts. Items left on the premises will be stored in the box office until claimed.

No equipment or materials may block house aisles or any public egress lanes in the building, including onstage wings and backstage hallways or doorways.


The following Conditions of Sale apply to tickets sold for events presented by the University of Arkansas – Pulaski Technical College:

Tickets are sold by AudienceView Campus. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In the event of a cancellation for which there is no rescheduled date, a refund may be issued through AudienceView Campus at the option of event management.

By purchasing this ticket you agree that you are responsible for all risk of injury or other harm to you and your property, and you waive any claims against UA-PTC property. You also agree that your image or likeness may be used incidental to any display, transmission, or reproduction of the event. Alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, food, glass containers, and audio, video or photographic recording are prohibited. Transmitting or aiding in transmitting any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the event is prohibited. If your behavior is deemed by event management to be disruptive or unsafe or violate any law, you may be required to leave the premises immediately and no refunds or exchanges will be given.

Tobacco products may not be used. All weapons are prohibited, except for concealed handguns possessed by the holder of a valid enhanced permit endorsement issued under Arkansas code section 5-73-322 (g)(3). By entering the premises you consent to reasonable searches for alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, or weapons.


The following Conditions of Sale apply to tickets sold for events presented by an Outside Promoter / non-affiliated group:

This ticket is issued through the University of Arkansas – Pulaski Technical College box office on behalf of the event promoter. UA-PTC is not the producer or promoter of this event. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In the event of a cancellation refunds for tickets purchased through the UA-PTC box office will be made by UA-PTC to the event promoter, which is responsible for any refunds to you.
