Spamilton Buffet Menu - $25

  • Burr's Bitter Greens – Mixed field greens, pickled shallots, cranberries, candied pecans, apple cider vinaigrette
  • King George’s Crown Roast Chicken – Herb-roasted and glazed with honey-mustard or “Spam-sgiving” Loaf – SPAM and ground pork meatloaf with a bourbon-maple glaze (fun option!)
  • Hamilton Home Fries – Roasted red potatoes with garlic and rosemary
  • The Schuyler Sister Succotash – Sweet corn, lima beans, cherry tomatoes, and herbs
  • Federalist Fancies – Mini cherry cobblers in mason jars
  • Founding Father Fudge Brownies – Rich, dark chocolate with a hint of espresso
  • Rebellion Punch – Sparkling cranberry-lime punch with a splash of ginger

Dec. 12

A Very Electric Christmas - Adults - $16 Children (12 and under) - $10

  • Dessert decorating station including – Sugar cookies, Mini Cupcakes and Rice Krispie Treats
  • Holiday Hot Chocolate Bar – Classic Milk Chocolate hot chocolate with whipped cream, flavored syrups and candy crunch toppings.
  • Holiday Charcuterie Board – Assorted meats, cheeses, grapes, dried cranberries, candied pecans, crackers, and crostini
  • Savory Snack Mix – House-blended mix of pretzels, rye chips, cheese crackers, and nuts

Divas of Soul - $25

  • Collard Green Soup – Collards, smoked turkey, and black-eyed peas in a savory broth
  • Hot Honey-Glazed Chicken Thighs
  • Smoked Gouda Stone-Ground Grits
  • Charred Brussels Sprouts with Maple & Bacon
  • Sweet Potato Crème Brûlée
  • Lady Soul Punch – Hibiscus tea, lemonade, and berries served over crushed ice (sweet, bold, and floral—just like the divas)

A Country Rock Buffet - Keith Anderson - $25

  • Smokin’ Corn Chowder – Creamy corn soup with bacon, potatoes, and scallions
  • Whiskey-Glazed Brisket – Slow-roasted, finished with a Tennessee whiskey glaze
  • Southern Fried Chicken Tenders – Served with honey mustard and spicy ranch
  • Loaded Country Mashed Potatoes – With cheddar, green onion, and crispy bacon
  • Cornbread Casserole – Cheesy, sweet-savory and baked golden in cast iron
  • Peach Cobbler Crumble Bars

April 14

The Cat in the Hat Adults - $20 Child - $12 (12 and under)

  • Oodles of Noodles Pasta Salad – Rainbow rotini, cherry tomatoes, olives, and Italian vinaigrette
  • Hot Dog Bar – All-beef hot dogs with fun toppings: green relish, cheese sauce, crispy onions, ketchup/mustard
  • Crispy Chicken Tenders – Golden-fried tenders with ketchup, honey mustard or ranch
  • Fruit Stack – Colorful layers of melon, pineapple, grapes, and strawberries
