KNOW BEFORE YOU GO!
New to our venue? This section provides information that will help you when visiting the venue.
TICKETS/WILL CALL - The CHARTS Box Office opens one hour prior to a performance to purchase any remaining tickets. There are two windows inside of the main lobby. If you have already purchased your tickets and requested to pick them up the day of the event, they will be available at Will Call.
WHEN TO ARRIVE - The lobby will open one hour prior to a performance, and the doors to the theater will open 30 minutes prior to a performance for you to take your reserved seat. We invite you to take a tour of our Windgate Art Gallery, mingle with the other patrons, or purchase concession and/or artist merchandise, if available. We do recommend arriving early to find adequate parking.
PARKING - There are three main parking lots at our venue's disposal for events. The North and East parking lots have direct access to the venue. The North parking lot brings you into the main lobby where the box office, concessions, and merchandise are housed. The East parking lot brings you into the secondary lobby on the first floor, which has direct access to the VIP room and main lobby access via stairs and an elevator. For VIP parking, see map below.
CONCESSIONS - Concessions may be available at performances presented by The Center for Humanities and Arts. Weather permitting, we will have a food truck available at our headline events during the 2022-2023 season; they will begin serving around 5 pm on those nights. Only food or drink purchased at the venue are allowed into the venue. Drinks must be in a CHARTS theater cup in order to enter the theater for a performance; food is never allowed in the theater.
RESTROOMS - There are restrooms located on the main floor on either side of the theater entrances. Restrooms are also available on the first floor for our VIP patrons and our orchestra seating section.
ELECTRONIC DEVICES - Every performance is different. Some artists encourage the use of cellular devices to catalog their performance while others request that they remain concealed to truly enjoy the intimacy of the performance. Please pay attention during the curtain speech where you will be notified of that performance's policy. If this is not addressed in the curtain speech patrons must adhere to the terms in the Conditions of Sale on their ticket confirmation. Under no circumstances may a patron use an iPad or a similarly large device to record or take photographs of a performance as they are distracting. All devices must be placed on silent throughout a performance.
