All diplomas, associates and certificates are awarded after all final grades
are posted and a final graduation audit has been completed by the records
coordinator.
Degree conferrals typically take 4-6 weeks after final
grades are posted for the term.
Diplomas will be available for pick-up for about 2 weeks before being mailed
to the student's address on file.
Diploma covers are handed to the graduate on stage during the Commencement
ceremony only.
Diplomas are not issued to any student with an outstanding business office
hold. Students will need to contact the Office
of the Bursar for assistance in
resolving their business office hold. Once resolved, the student can submit a
Diploma Reprint Request form.
Graduation Services will review and process your request within 3-5 business
days.
The Office of Records only holds diploma information regarding completion of any
degree from UA-PTC. The Office of Records does not hold information about certifications from state
or national tests that may have been completed during your time at UA-PTC.
