
The Clothesline Project supports domestic violence awareness Oct. 7-10
Join us for a Domestic Violence Awareness event where you can learn about local resources available for those impacted by domestic violence and show their support for survivors. Participants can design and add their own t-shirts to a powerful display symbolizing solidarity and hope for all affected. Come and be a part of raising awareness and supporting survivors. Shirts and supplies will be provided at no cost.
The times and locations are:
- Oct. 7 and 8 - Campus Center lobby 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.
- Oct. 9 and 10 - Little Rock-South concourse 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.
The Clothesline Project is a program of the Arkansas Coalition Against Domestic Violence. Its purpose is to bear witness to the survivors and victims of domestic violence, to help with the healing process, to educate and raise awareness of domestic violence, and to provide a network or support and information.
NEED TO TALK WITH SOMEONE? UA-PTC Counseling Services is available to help. Individual counseling sessions are currently available for UA-PTC students. Students interested in scheduling an appointment can contact Counseling Services at (501) 812-2738 or stop by the office during hours of operation.
