Outstanding faculty and staff honored at ACC conference

UA-PTC is proud to recognize Lindsay Kullenberg, Associate Teaching Professor of Business, and Natalie Hibdon, Human Resources Generalist, who were recognized at the 2024 Arkansas Community Colleges Conference Outstanding Faculty and Staff Awards event in Hot Springs Tuesday, Oct. 15.

Lindsay Kullenberg, Associate Teaching Professor of Business, received the 2024 Susan K. Reid Award for Teaching Excellence and was honored at the ACC Conference as UA-PTC Outstanding Faculty.

Natalie Hibdon, Human Resources Generalist, received the 2024 Quenton C. Burge Award for Service Excellence and was honored at the ACC Conference as UA-PTC Outstanding Staff.

Lindsay Kullenberg

Lindsay Kullenberg is dedicated to student success, committed to the UA-PTC Mission, a great team player and always doing what is best for students. Many proclaim Lindsay to be their favorite instructor! She is kind, her door always open, and she really listens to them.

Lindsay’s strengths are innumerable. She has a passion for teaching and her courses are meticulous. They’re an example to the rest of the instructors. She continues to have one of the highest success rates in her department, constantly volunteers for many committees, facilitates the Business Etiquette Dinner and Co-Chairs the Virtual Finance Club.

Lindsay is an example of what we all aspire to be as instructors.

Natalie Hibdon

Natalie Hibdon has an open and inviting demeanor and a vast knowledge and experience in her field. She always greats you with a smile and is willing to help students, faculty, staff and the community. She is very dedicated and her professionalism is, without a doubt, of the highest standard.

Natalie greets each person that visits HR with kindness and respect and works diligently to take care of their needs. Everyone she meets is her friend and her easy-going nature helps ease tension for what could be stressful situations.

Natalie is committed to providing quality service to the employees at UA-PTC. She is an outstanding asset to the HR department and to UA-PTC!
