Fall 2024 Week of Welcome to kick off a busy semester at UA-PTC

UA - Pulaski Tech has numerous Fall 2024 Week of Welcome student activities planned at the Main Campus and at Little Rock-South Aug. 19-28. Stop by at one of these events to get help navigating your classes, discover ways to get involved, or just have a little bit of fun:

Main Campus

Monday, Aug. 19 - Snacks and Facts Tables
Time: 8 a.m. - noon
Locations: CHARTS lobby, Allied Health Education Center first floor lobby, and Science Building lobby

Campus experts will be on hand to assist students finding their classes.

Tuesday, Aug. 20 - Barking Bash
Time: 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Location: Campus Center Building promenade

Play minute-to-win-it games and test your trivia knowledge and win prizes!

Tuesday, Aug. 20 - Snacks and Facts Tables
Time: 8 a.m. - noon
Locations: CHARTS lobby, Allied Health Education Center first floor lobby, and Science Building lobby

Campus experts will be on hand to assist students finding their classes.

Wednesday, Aug. 21 - Photo Scavenger Hunt
Time: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Individuals or teams will compete to take the best photos from a list of shots and the winners get a cool UA-PTC prize basket. Students can pick up a packet from the scavenger hunt booth (Campus Center Building promenade) no earlier than 9 a.m. Students will have until 4 p.m. to submit photos via e-mail to [email protected] or deliver a flash drive to room 110 in the Campus Center Building.

Thursday, Aug. 22 - UA-PTC Bingo
Time: Noon - 2 p.m.
Location: Business Technology Center, Tom Steves Community Room

Play bingo with your fellow students and make a new friend! Games will continue until prizes run out.

Friday, Aug. 23 - Spirit Day
Time: All day!
Location: Everywhere!

Wear your favorite UA-PTC swag! Need some? Drop by the UA-PTC Bookstore for your Diamond Dog duds!

Wednesday, Aug. 28 - Registered Student Organizations Fair
Time: 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Location: CHARTS lobby

Join a club and get involved at UA-PTC! Booths from all student organizations will be present.
