UA-PTC Students

The Office of Student Life and Leadership is committed to enhancing the college experience by offering membership in Student Organizations.

Students who join campus organizations experience personal growth, leadership development, intercultural/global understanding, and oftentimes lifelong friendships.

Research suggests that students who belong to student organizations perform better academically and are more likely to graduate when compared with their non-involved peers.

Co-Curricular Transcript

The co-curricular transcript (CCT) is a record of your involvement, experiences, and achievements at UA-PTC.

Show off your skills and qualifications to:

  • Employers
  • Scholarship Selection Committees
  • Internship Providers
  • Four Year School Admission Applications

Students may request a copy of their Co-Curricular Transcript through the Office of Student Life and Leadership or at [email protected].

If a student wishes to have a co-curricular experience added to their co-curricular transcript, please submit the Student Co-Curricular Transcript Activity Submission Form.
