Taking care of business: UA-PTC Student Services offices to remain open late
Welcome to Fall Semester 2025 at UA – Pulaski Tech! We’re glad you’re here! To better serve students prior to the start of the new semester, UA-PTC Offices of Admissions, Advising/Registration, Registrar, Bursar, and Financial Aid will remain open until 6 p.m. (or until the last person is served) on the following days:
- Monday, Aug. 11
- Tuesday, Aug. 12
- Wednesday, Aug. 13
- Thursday, Aug. 14
- Monday, Aug. 18
- Tuesday, Aug. 19
- Wednesday, Aug. 20
Please note these important dates:
- Fall 2025 semester begins for 8-Week I and 16-Week classes on Monday, Aug. 18.
- Students may register or add/drop/swap for 16-week classes through Friday, Aug. 22.
- Students withdrawing from 8-week I classes by Aug. 20 will receive a 100% tuition and fees refund.
- Students who drop 8-week I classes between Aug. 21 and Aug. 22 will receive a 50% refund.
- Students withdrawing from 16-week classes by Aug. 22 will receive a 100% tuition and fees refund.
- Students who drop 16-week classes between Aug. 23 and Aug. 29 will receive a 50% refund. (After this day, tuition and fees charged to students are not refunded.)
- The Financial Aid direct deposit refund date is Tuesday, Sept. 23. Information on setting up direct deposit can be found at uaptc.edu/bmtx.
