UA-PTC student services offices extend hours for Fall Semester start

Student Services hours extended for start of Fall semester

To better serve students prior to the start of the new semester, UA-PTC Offices of Admissions, Advising/Registration, Registrar, Bursar and Financial Aid will remain open until 6 p.m. (or until the last person is served) on Monday, Aug. 19 through Wednesday, Aug. 21.

In addition, these offices will extend their hours of service until 6 p.m. during the initial week of the semester, Monday, Aug. 19 through Wednesday, Aug. 21.

Please note these important dates:

  • Fall 2024 semester begins for  8-Week I and 16-Week classes Monday, Aug. 19.
  • Students may continue to add/drop/swap for 16-week classes through Friday, Aug. 23.
  • Late Registration for 16-week classes will continue through Friday, Aug. 23.
  • Students withdrawing from 16-week classes by Aug. 23 will receive 100% tuition and fees refund.
  • Students who drop 16-week classes between Aug. 24 and Aug. 30 will receive a 50% refund. After this day, tuition and fees charged to students are not refunded.
  • The Financial Aid refund date is Tuesday, Sept. 24.
