Summer Tech Science Camps to offer hands-on skills development for teens
UA – Pulaski Tech will host a series of technical science camps for high school-age students in July and August. Classes include Welding, Drafting, Advanced Manufacturing, Electrical Systems, and HVAC.
The dates for the camps are July 22 - 25 and July 29 - Aug 1, Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. – noon. Camps cost $175 per camper per four-day camp, scholarships available.
The camps are open to all high school students who will be entering the 10th, 11th, and 12th grades. Participants will attend four sessions per camp, experiencing hands-on learning activities including AC/DC circuitry, welding a unique metal creation, working with 3D printers to manufacture machinery parts, and much more.
