Access fall registration by new Workday Student system
Workday Student will soon replace the campus portal as UA-PTC’s administrative information system. Here’s what students need to know as the college prepares for the transition:
Students will use Workday to explore course schedules, review financial aid, view grades, track academic progress, manage their student account, and pay tuition and fees.
We are excited to announce that students can now login to Workday!
A series of tasks will be ready for students to complete that will prepare them for registering for Fall classes.
Here is how to login:
- Navigate to myapps.microsoft.com in a web browser. (Students will want to bookmark this to easily access Workday, student e-mail, Blackboard and more!)
- Log in with UA-PTC e-mail address and password when prompted. Students may also be prompted to authenticate using an authenticator app or secure code.
- A dashboard with multiple apps will display. Locate the blue app titled “Workday” and select it.
- Workday will open
- Click the task with Onboarding under the “Awaiting your Action” header.
- Follow the prompts to complete the Onboarding tasks.
Training videos and quick reference guides for using Workday are available.
While the campus portal will remain accessible for students for the Spring and Summer 2024 semesters, all current students will use Workday to enroll in Fall 2024 classes, review Fall 2024 financial aid (when available) and review/pay tuition and fees for Fall 2024 (available this summer).
Note that Blackboard will not be replaced by Workday. Students will continue to use Blackboard for course instruction and virtual learning.
