Celebrate Health Information Professionals Week April 15-19
Health Information Professionals Week, April 15 - 19, raises awareness about the health information (HI) profession and recognize health information professionals’ valuable contributions to healthcare.
The UA-PTC Health Information Technology (HIT) program will celebrate the occasion with an open house on Wednesday, April 17, 11 a.m.-2 p.m. in the Allied Health Education Center (AHEC) building, room 125 at the UA-PTC Main Campus.
Visitors can enjoy popcorn and goodies (while supplies last) and receive valuable information about the HIT program and the in-demand, lucrative careers available in the field. Faculty will be on hand to answer any questions as you learn more about the impact that HI professionals have on the quality of patient care around the globe.
