October 05, 2021

Spring 2022 registration opened for current UA - Pulaski Tech students, Tuesday, October 5, 2021. New students can register for classes beginning, Tuesday, October 19, 2021. Registration closes for current and new students, Monday, January 24, 2022. Students must pay in full or have a payment arrangement with the business office by Monday, January 24, 2022. UA-PTC will be closed on Monday, January 17, 2022 in observance of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. Spring classes begin Tuesday, January 18, 2022.

The following are recommended registration steps for current and new students.

CURRENT STUDENTS

The following are recommended steps for current students registering for classes.

Step 1 - Register for classes on the Campus Portal. Student's needing assistance can e-mail their assigned faculty advisor or schedule an appointment with Academic Advising. For a list of courses offered in the Spring, visit www.uaptc.edu/schedule-of-classes.

Step 2 - Review your aid in the UA-PTC Financial Aid Portal to make sure everything is correct for Spring. If you have no aid awarded, you will need to complete a Federal Aid Application (FAFSA).

Step 3 - Pay for your classes online, by phone or set up a payment plan. A variety of scholarships are also available.

Step 4 - Purchase course materials at the Bookstore or online via the Bookstore website. If a textbook is not available, check out Follett's Access Textbook Program to purchase digital textbooks at a reduced cost. Students will see a significant savings on course materials — up to 75 percent. Students with awarded financial aid can start charging books, January 10-29, 2022.

Step 5 - Current students are welcome (not required) to complete New Student Orientation online or on the UA-PTC mobile app as a refresher.

NEW, TRANSFER AND RETURNING STUDENTS (have not been enrolled in the last two semesters)

Step 1 - Submit an application for admission.

Step 2 - After submitting your application for admission, schedule an appointment with Academic Advising. This is required for all new, transfer and returning students.

Step 3 - Provide the required documents to UA-PTC based on your student type (first-time freshmen, transfer, returning).

Step 4 - Activate your Campus Portal/student e-mail account. After setting up your student e-mail account, please allow 24 hours before accessing.

Step 5 - Complete your FAFSA. After applying for Federal Aid, check your student e-mail account 3-5 days after for instructions on how to access the UA-PTC Financial Aid Portal. Skip this step if you do not need financial aid assistance.

Step 6 - Pay for your classes online, by phone or set up a payment plan. A variety of scholarships are also available.

Step 7 - Purchase course materials at the Bookstore or online via the Bookstore website. If a textbook is not available, check out Follett's Access Textbook Program to purchase digital textbooks at a reduced cost. Students will see a significant savings on course materials — up to 75 percent. Students with awarded financial aid can start charging books, January 10-29, 2022.

Step 8 - Complete New Student Orientation online or on the UA-PTC mobile app.

Step 9 – Prior to starting classes, students are encouraged to read, How to be Successful at UA-PTC and Student Tools for a Successful Semester for helpful tips and campus resources.
