Four UA-PTC students earn LULAC scholarships
Four UA - Pulaski Tech students were awarded scholarships by the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) Council 750 Little Rock. A total of $316,835 in scholarship value was awarded to a total of 46 scholarship recipients from area LULAC councils.
This year’s UA-PTC honorees and their areas of study are:
- Francisco Lara, Applied Sciences - HVAC
- Jennifer Reyes-Guerrero, Biology
- Ricardo Gomez, Associate of Science and Liberal Arts
- Lesly Martinez, Business
Other scholarship recipients are attending colleges around Arkansas including UA-Little Rock, ATU, UAMS, UCA, A-State, Shorter College, and Hendrix.
LULAC 750 is committed to advancing opportunities for Hispanic Americans in Central Arkansas.
