The CPI program at UA-PTC is a work based program designed to help non-traditional students overcome barriers that too often keep them from being successful and unable to support their families. Funding is provided by Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), a federal grant through the Arkansas Department of Workforce Services and administered by the Arkansas Department of Higher Education.
