Program Disclosure
The Surgical Technology program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (www.caahep.org) upon the recommendation of the Accreditation Review Committee in Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (www.arcstsa.org). Near completion of the program, students sit for the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) exam. Upon graduation from the program and successful completion of the exam, students will be designated as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST).
