Program Disclosure

The Occupational Therapy Assistant program is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE). In order to become certified as an Occupational Therapy Assistant, graduates must first sit for and pass the National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) Exam for Occupational Therapy Assistants. Upon passage of the exam, graduates are eligible to apply for state licensure through the Arkansas State Medical Board.
