All students enrolled at University of Arkansas - Pulaski Technical College are required to obtain a student identification card. Student identification cards are made after a student meets with an academic advisor and registers for classes.
Students can have a card issued at the following:
Main Campus - Campus Center Building, Room 101A
Little Rock-South - Student Services Office
New student identification cards will not be made during the week of final exams. Student identification cards do not require renewal or validation each semester. The first card is free. Replacement cards are $10.
In order to obtain a student ID card, students must present a valid driver's license, state or government issued photo ID.
Students are required to carry their student identification card while on UA-PTC property. Any college official may ask to see a student’s identification card. Failure to present this card when requested is a violation of college policy and the student may be subject to disciplinary action.
The chancellor, provost, vice chancellor, dean of student affairs, or campus police have the authority to retrieve a student identification card in the event of a disciplinary action. Student identification cards may not be used by any person other than the one to whom it is issued.
Ride the Rock Region Metro for FREE with your Student ID Card
All students enrolled at UA-PTC can use their student ID card as a bus pass to ride to and from UA-PTC or anywhere else in the central Arkansas area for free.
A bus pass sticker must be placed on the student identification card each semester before they can ride. Stickers can be picked up at the same location where student identification cards were obtained.
