IT Services provides a wide range of computing and technology services and resources for enrolled UA-PTC students.
Services and Support
As a student, you have a lot on your mind and we don't want tech-related questions or stressing out over tech support to be one of them. At the link below, we have put together a technology and support web page that features helpful technology tips, important computing and technology information, and answers to commonly asked questions we receive from students.
Workday
- Workday and Blackboard can be accessed by selecting My Apps.

Campus E-mail
All UA-PTC students receive an official UA - Pulaski Tech e-mail address. You are required to use your UA-PTC e-mail address for all communications with the college and your instructors. It's important to check your UA-PTC e-mail to stay informed about your classes, registration, financial aid, campus events, and much more. New user? Please allow 24 hours before accessing your student e-mail.

Connecting to the UA-PTC Wireless Network
UA-PTC has wireless connectivity throughout each location. When connecting to the wireless network, select PTC and enter your UA-PTC username and password.

Microsoft OneDrive (file storage)
- OneDrive Access - 1TB of space for files that can be accessed from any computer or mobile device.
- OneDrive 101 - Two page step-by-step handout for using OneDrive.
Microsoft Office
- Microsoft Office Suite - Access to the following programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Outlook for PC and Mac. To get started, log into Office 365 with your @students.uaptc.edu or @uaptc.edu e-mail and password, and then click Install Office. For instructions, see the following: Windows | Mac
