La Patisserie is closed for the summer and will be opening back up in the fall.
Each morning starts with a selection of sweet and savory breakfast pastries, coffee, tea, and espresso drinks. Sandwiches, soup, and desserts will be ready after 10:30 a.m. Selection will vary daily based on class production and availability.
La Patisserie is run by the Baking 2 class, with the help of practicum students and products prepared by the different classes in the baking program.
All prices listed below are a suggested donation amount. Because this is a suggested donation, you may leave as much or as little as you prefer. All money received from La Patisserie is put into a student fund that assists culinary students with costs and fees associated when competing in culinary cooking competitions and culinary knowledge competitions throughout the nation.
