About Le Culinaire

Le Culinaire is located inside the Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management Institute (CAHMI) at UA - Pulaski Tech Little Rock-South.

Le Culinaire is open to students, faculty, staff, and the public once a week on Wednesdays during the fall and spring semesters, offering both lunch and dinner service. Reservations are required and can be made up to three weeks in advance through our online reservation system.

Seating times are as follows:

• Lunch: 12-12:30 p.m.
• Dinner: 6-6:30 p.m.

Reservations and table sizes are limited to support the learning environment and ensure a high level of service for our guests.

Lunch is prepared by students enrolled in Food Production III, an introductory course in restaurant and buffet service. Dinner is prepared by students in Food Production IV, one of the capstone courses in the Associate of Applied Science in Culinary Arts program..

Cost

• Lunch: $18 per person
• Dinner: $30 per person

Le Culinaire accepts credit card payments or checks made payable to UA-PTC CAHMI. All proceeds directly support the Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management Institute by funding student activities, scholarships, and essential program needs, including ingredients and kitchen supplies.
