About Le Culinaire
Le Culinaire is located inside the Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management Institute (CAHMI) at UA - Pulaski Tech Little Rock-South.
Le Culinaire is open to students, faculty, staff, and the public offering lunch and dinner services once a week on Wednesdays. The lunches are prepared by students in the Food Production III class, an introduction to restaurant and buffet service. The dinners are prepared by students in the Food Production IV class, which is one of the final classes that students take before completing an Associates of Applied Science in Culinary Art.
The cost of dinner is a suggested donation of $25 per person and the cost of lunch is a suggested donation of $15 per person, cash or check (made payable to UA-PTC CAHMI). Because this is a suggested donation, guests may donate as much or as little as preferred. All money received from Le Culinaire is put into a student fund that assists students in CAHMI programs with costs and fees associated when competing in culinary cooking competitions and culinary knowledge competitions throughout the nation. No donations are expected.
