About Le Culinaire
Le Culinaire is located inside the Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management Institute (CAHMI) at UA - Pulaski Tech Little Rock-South.
Le Culinaire is open to students, faculty, staff, and the public offering lunch on Wednesdays and dinner on Wednesdays and Thursdays. The lunches are prepared by students in the Food Production III class, an introduction to restaurant and buffet service. The dinners are prepared by students in the Food Production IV class, which is one of the final classes that students take before completing an Associates of Applied Science in Culinary Art.
The cost of dinner is a suggested donation of $25 per person and the cost of lunch is a suggested donation of $15 per person, cash or check (made payable to UA-PTC CAHMI). Because this is a suggested donation, guests may donate as much or as little as preferred. All money received from Le Culinaire is put into a student fund that assists students in CAHMI programs with costs and fees associated when competing in culinary cooking competitions and culinary knowledge competitions throughout the nation. No donations are expected.
Bringing your own bottle of wine
Guest are welcome to bring their own bottle of wine to dinner. A signed waiver of liability will be required when arriving. After signing, we will happily cork and pour your wine for you.

Online orders can be placed 1-7 days in advance. Be sure to choose the correct order dates listed for each menu. Guests can pick their orders up in front of the Le Culinaire. Some menu items are finished at the time of pick-up, please allow up to 20 minutes once you arrive.
