MyAgent, integrated into the Modo Campus app, was launched to address challenges presented by fragmented tools and repetitive requests that strained staff. It quickly became the app’s most popular feature.
Key Results:
- 253% increase in app interactions: traffic more than doubled compared to other modules.
- 94.5% student adoption: MyAgent is the most-used feature in the mobile app.
- 140% increase in prospective student engagement.
CIO Wayne Floyd emphasized the efficiency gains: “Modo had their AI knowledge agent up and running for us in no time. More importantly, it saved my team countless hours we can now spend on other high-impact initiatives.”
