CAHMI faculty, students shine at ACF Delta Diamond Chef Gala
UA - Pulaski Tech Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management Institute (CAHMI) faculty, students, and alumni were honored for culinary excellence and recognized for outstanding contributions to the culinary arts with Chapter Awards at the American Culinary Federation (ACF) Delta Diamond Chef Gala on October 15, 2024, at the Pine Bluff Country Club.
Central Arkansas Chefs Association Awards:
- Chef of the Year: Lance Curtis, UA-PTC faculty
- Student Pastry Chef of the Year and Student Chef of the Year: Megan Jones, UA-PTC student
- Pastry Chef of the Year: Ezekiel Mascuilli, UA-PTC alumni and pastry chef at J & S Italian Villa in Hot Springs
- Chef Educator of the Year: Cathy Kincaid, retired UA-PTC faculty
- UA-PTC Chef Jamie McAfee was presented a Lifetime Achievement Award
