Taxpayer Advocate Service to provide in-person help
Taxpayer Advocate Service (TAS) will be available to assist taxpayers at its upcoming Taxpayer Advocate Service Problem Solving Day on Wednesday, April 3, 2024 in the Campus Center foyer, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m., at UA - Pulaski Tech Main Campus, 3000 West Scenic Drive, North Little Rock, AR. An appointment is not required.

Taxpayer Advocate Services are FREE to taxpayers who are:
- Experiencing a financial hardship or having financial difficulties because of a tax problem;
- Trying, but haven’t been able to resolve an IRS tax problem; or
- Believing an IRS system or procedure isn’t working.
Taxpayers who meet TAS case criteria will be assigned a Case Advocate.
Prior to attending, please bring the following information:
- Copies of tax returns
- Any letters and notices from the IRS
- Any related records you'd like to discuss with TAS
Taxpayer Advocate Service is an independent organization within the IRS. TAS provides personalized, step-by-step guidance, helps resolve tax problems, recommends changes to prevent future tax problems, and protects taxpayer rights.
