Le Culinaire opens at CAHMI for Spring 2024
Dining services have resumed for Spring at Le Culinaire, UA-PTC's dining facility located inside the Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management Institute (CAHMI).
Le Culinaire is open once a week on Wednesdays to students, faculty, staff, and the public offering lunch and dinner services until Wednesday, April 17. A reservation is required. Reservations can be booked up to three weeks in advance using the online reservation system. Seating's for lunch begin from 12-12:30 p.m. and 6-6:30 p.m. for dinner.
Lunch services are prepared by students in the Food Production III class, an introduction to restaurant and buffet service. Dinner services are prepared by students in the Food Production IV class, which is one of the final classes that students take before completing an Associates of Applied Science in Culinary Art.
The cost of lunch is $15 per person and $25 per person for dinner. Le Culinaire accepts payments by credit card or check (made payable to UA-PTC CAHMI). All funds received from Le Culinaire assists students in CAHMI programs with costs and fees associated when competing in culinary cooking competitions and culinary knowledge competitions throughout the nation.
