Dining services open at CAHMI for Spring 2022

Dining services resumes for Spring 2022 at the Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management Institute (CAHMI) at UA-PTC Little Rock-South.

La Patisserie

La Patisserie opens Tuesday, Feb. 8 at 9 a.m. and Thursday, Feb 10. at 10 a.m. twice a week every Tuesday and Thursday for takeout only until Thursday, April 21. La Patisserie is run by CAHMI's Baking II students and the 3D program. Products available are prepared by different classes in the baking and 3D program that includes the following:

• Pastries, Croissants and Kolaches
• Breakfast and Lunch Sandwiches and Soups
• Espresso and Tea Drinks
• Cookies, Macarons, Truffles and more!

All prices for products offered are set at a suggested donation amount. Because this is a suggested donation, guest may leave as much or as little as preferred. La Patisserie is located in the stairwell adjacent to the Celebrity Chef Theater at CAHMI. For more information and to view a complete menu, visit www.uaptc.edu/lapatisserie.

Le Culinaire

Le Culinaire opens reservations for dine-in and takeout orders, Wednesday, Feb. 9 at noon for lunch services and Thursday at 6 p.m. for dinner services. Lunch is prepared by students in the Food Production III class, an introduction to restaurant and buffet service. Dinner is prepared by students in the Food Production IV class, which is one of the final classes that students take before completing an Associates of Applied Science in Culinary Arts.

The cost of dinner is a suggested donation of $25 per person and the cost of lunch is a suggested donation of $15 per person, cash or check (made payable to UA-PTC CAHMI). Because this is a suggested donation, guest may donate as much or as little as preferred.

Dine-in reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance and will be limited to a maximum of 4 guests per table. To make a reservation, order takeout or view a complete menu online, visit www.uaptc.edu/leculinaire or place your order through the UA-PTC mobile app under dining services. Online orders can be placed 1-7 days in advance. When ordering online, be sure to choose the correct order dates listed for each menu. Guests can pick their orders up in front of the Le Culinaire. Some menu items are finished at the time of pick-up, please allow up to 20 minutes when arriving. Le Culinaire is located inside the CAHMI at UA-PTC Little Rock-South.

All money received from La Patisserie and Le Culinaire are put into a student fund that assists students in CAHMI programs with costs and fees associated when competing in culinary cooking competitions and culinary knowledge competitions throughout the nation. La Patisserie and Le Culinaire are open to students, faculty, staff, and the public.
