Miller Named Outstanding Alumnus at UA - Pulaski Tech
University of Arkansas - Pulaski Technical College has selected Jeannie Miller of Sherwood, Arkansas as the recipient of the 2020 Outstanding Alumnus Award.
Jeannie graduated from UA - Pulaski Tech in 2015 with an Associate of Arts. As a student, Jeannie was active in both choir and UA-PTC’s theater program. After graduation, Jeannie received her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Central Arkansas and works as a Special Education Case Manager at Lisa Academy. She is currently enrolled in a Master’s program for Special Education Instructional Specialist K-12 and plans to graduate in December 2021. Jeannie and her husband of two years, Eric, are also the children’s pastors at their church and reside in Sherwood with their two dogs.
UA - Pulaski Tech's Outstanding Alumnus Award recognizes the educational and career achievements of UA-PTC alumni, their success as leaders in their professional field and the impact they have had and will continue to have on society and their profession. The award recipients are considered outstanding role models for current students.
