The Arkansas Theatre Festival is brought to you by The Roots Art Connection, a North Little Rock based non-profit who serves under-served communities in Arkansas and across the country through arts programming such as Starve No More, The House of Art, Buy Back the Block and Creative Connections. The Arkansas Theatre Festival founder is TED Talks speaker, playwright, author, educator and poet, Chris James.
