
Training Opportunity! Check out UA-PTC's High Voltage Lineman Training (H-VoLT Academy)

The UA-PTC H-VOLT (High Voltage Lineman Training) Academy is a certified power line worker training program. Gain real-world, hands-on instruction and obtain an industry-recognized National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) credential.
Normal cost of attending the program is $6,900.00 tuition per student. First 15 participants selected into the program (classes begin August, 2019) will attend the 17-week training opportunity at no cost to the student including tuition, books, supplies, and $1,500.00 of personal protective equipment for training and employment. This is made possible through grant awards from the Arkansas Department of Career Education and Entergy.
