Message from the UA-PTC Vice Chancellor for Student Services
Greetings,
We hope that you have had a successful fall semester and are looking forward to the spring. We certainly are!
There have been many changes at UA-PTC recently, and one of those is our conversion to a new student information system. Sometimes with great change comes growing pains, and we have experienced some of those recently. We realize you may have as well. If you have experienced problems, we want to first say we are truly sorry. And we want to tell you that we are here to help. We will be here through Thursday, December 21 to help you with financial aid, academic advising, and student billing questions. It’s a great opportunity for students to finalize class schedules and payment arrangements. Please come in and visit with us!
We also want to share with you that improvements to the new student portal are being made daily. If you have experienced problems such as a registration or advising hold, we encourage you to try again. We hope that the changes we have made will make it easier for you to register for classes. Please remember, though, to always reference your degree plan when choosing your courses. You can always visit with an academic advisor if you need assistance.Lastly, we want to say thank you. We value our students, and your success is important to us. Your diligence and patience is very much appreciated. Have an amazing holiday break!
