Apprenticeships

Registered apprenticeships are a proven “earn while you learn” workforce development strategy that combines paid on-the-job training (OJT) with related technical instruction (RTI) or classroom training to progressively increase workers’ skill levels and wages. Registered Apprenticeships prioritize the workforce needs of employers by providing an effective way to recruit, train, and retain highly skilled workers.

U.S. Department of Labor

The U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL) approved the following Registered Apprenticeship programs at UA-PTC:

  • HVAC
  • Machining/CNC
  • Collision Repair

Additional programs may be added in response to industry need. Getting started is easy, contact us today to get an apprentice started or to request a new registered program to be added.
