The University of Arkansas at Pulaski Technical College does not discriminate on the basis of sex in the education programs and activities that it operates and is prohibited from doing so by Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, 20 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq., and the U.S. Department of Education’s implementing regulations, 34 CFR Part 106.
