All events that provide food and beverages on campus are required to use our contracted catering service, University of Arkansas - Pulaski Technical College Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management Institute.

If UA-PTC is unable to cater your event, exceptions can be granted in writing prior to the event.

Acknowledgements

1. I understand that no technical assistance will be provided during the event and that all room set-ups must be made by me, the renter. All rooms have a standard configuration of tables and chairs. Any deviation from the original arrangement is my responsibility including repositioning the room to its original formation.
