The Business and Industry Center (BIC) has educational classrooms, computer labs, conference rooms, a distance learning lab and large seminar room available for rental at competitive rates. A common kitchen area is available on the 2nd Floor (includes microwave, refrigerator, ice-maker, and sink) and an Atrium that is included in the room rental when available. This is a Rental Application for BIC only. The official Rental Agreement will be e-mailed after application has been processed. If there is a conflict with rooms/dates, you will be contacted via e-mail.

Facility Rental Rates and Room Information
Understandings:
1. I understand that no technical assistance will be provided during the event and that all room set-ups must be made by me, the renter. All rooms have a standard configuration of tables and chairs. Any deviation from the original arrangement is my responsibility including repositioning the room to its original formation.
2. I understand that the premises are to be left in the same condition as found, and I must supply the Business and Industry Center with a daily list of everyone in attendance.
3. I understand if I do not have a sign-in sheet, one will be provided for me at the front desk.
4. I understand that smoking is NOT allowed on the Business and Industry Center property.
5. I have read and understand the Facility Use and Rental Guidelines and agree to abide by them.
I understand that typing my full name in this box constitutes a legal signature confirming that I acknowledge and agree to the understandings above.
